Completed a 1 day classroom based training course for Contact Fork-lift Attachments at their premises in Newtown Mid-Wales. This bespoke course was designed to provide the essential telephone skills for handling customer sales enquires as well as following up quotes made by sales colleagues.
I have had training courses before, but this delves deeper into the fundamentals of cold calls. Helping to understand at a deeper level why I can't focus and help to develop my sales technique and be more confident sales woman.
