ABOUT REDBOX PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED
Redbox Partnerships Limited is a new style of Affordable Housing Consultancy, established by Parent Company, Oxbury. As an integral part of Oxbury's operations it is able to provide its main marketing services free of charge to house builders and Developers.
Our main objective is to help house-builders, and land owners/promoters develop Section 106 affordable housing as a viable part of their private housing schemes.
With the support of Oxbury's experienced senior staff and Directors, the Redbox Partnerships team has a depth of expertise to help its Developer Clients, old and new, with the efficient delivery of their affordable housing. At the same time, Oxbury continues to offer its own project management services to Housing Associations - as it has done for over 20 years.
With offices in Norwich and Chelmsford, Redbox Partnerships Limited is well placed to provide comprehensive and cost-effective services to Clients throughout East Anglia and beyond.

Working on behalf of Housing Developers and Land Owners / Promoters, Redbox Partnerships facilitates viable and sustainable, high quality affordable housing, which also meets the needs of Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
In addition to our Housing Developers services, the package also provides for the follow-on Employer's Agent role for the Housing Association, to be fulfilled by our parent company Oxbury.
