Ian has a wealth of experience of designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining a vast array of different types of signs – from local jobs for businesses in the West Midlands to exquisite installations for high-end customers across the UK and beyond.
He loves nurturing creativity and talent in his team and working with customers with whom his expertise is the foundation for a longstanding professional relationship and repeat business.
Production Manager
He has a brilliant eye for detail and prides himself on making sure our work is completed on time and on budget, meeting challenges head-on to ensure deadlines are met and customers are happy. In his spare time, Martin is an aspiring inventor and loves nothing more than crafting something workable – such as an intricate arcade game – from tinkering with separate or battered old parts he has sourced from some mysterious supply.
Columbo is our newest recruit – known for being energetic, enthusiastic, trustworthy and reliable. He has enrolled in a rigorous security training programme to help his transformation into mean machine as opposed to gentle giant and is loving learning on the job.
Business administrator
In his spare time, Damian loves to listen to the sort of music that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up and is a keen designer. He also immerses himself in information for budding business brains as he would love to launch his own clothing venture in the long-run.
For now though, we are keeping him busy and we’re happy to report he’s loving it!
