It will partner with Clients on bespoke briefs where Talent Acquisition meets their specific needs, requiring careful matching of soft and hard skills to provide the ideal outcome. The focus will be on Sales, Marketing and Executive roles within diverse Client sectors.
Kevin led the Executive Search Division, including Sales Elite UK as Senior Partner with Career Prospects for nearly ten years. Kevin consulted with senior client contacts and undertook targeted search/headhunt assignments for a wide range of senior management and business development roles which included sales and marketing. He developed and fully managed branded recruitment advertising campaigns for clients.
Kevin then transitioned his strong selling and client development skills to successfully lead Search & Selection Consultancy, Career Management and Outplacement, and Business Development in the Training Sector at The Job Trust, ICM CareerCare, Career Prospects and latterly Performance Through People.
