A Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years experience of business, management and consulting, Jacqui Hartas has held senior positions and directorships in banking and financial services, travel, consultancy and the voluntary sector. Her proven and evidence-based coaching tools and techniques come from both psychology and business and form a powerful combination with her insight, perspective and strategic vision. Her approach is positive, practical, creative and challenging.

Her main interests are in using coaching and facilitation to identify and develop leadership strengths, or to help her clients resolve workplace issues using their strengths. Jacqui Hartas works across all sectors and at all levels, she has worked with Directors and Board members at BAE Systems, B&Q, The Engineering Employers Federation (EEF), Aerosystems International, Fidelity and International SOS, and with Vice Chancellors, Deans, Heads of Department and Managers at Goldsmiths, St. George’s, Westminster, Worcester and several other Universities.

Jacqui Hartas is regulated as an Occupational Psychologst by the Health Professions Council, practioner number PYL15111 and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology and a Founder Member of their Special Coaching Group. She is also a Founder Member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and a Founding and Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
