Our mechanical engineers and plumbers are fully qualified with their relevant trade associations, including Gas Safe and the Lloyds Accreditation scheme along with our company being accredited to CHAS, Safe Contractor and Constructionline. This subjects the company to regular third-party audits and assessments to ensure our technical and quality competencies are maintained. These accreditations also enable the business to keep up to date with the latest changes in industry regulations and developments in technology.

We are proud to say our workforce is our most valuable asset, and as we grow we are continuing to recruit skilled engineers to develop further. Our mechanical engineers are full time members of staff they all carry I.D cards, CSCS cards and many of them hold CRB disclosures for when they work in environments with sensitive or vulnerable people in occupancy.

Collectively we employ over 100 people at our head office in Carlisle and regional office in Workington, including 20 back office staff along with 35 mechanical staff and 31 electrical engineers and apprentices within our parent company J&J Electrical (Cumbria) Ltd.

We have been trading for over 30 years, delivering projects from a few thousand through to multi million pound, multi discipline schemes across the north of England and Scotland. We work directly for clients and main contractors along with local authorities, government departments, commercial and industrial sectors and have a work force of over 30 mechanical specialists and apprentices to deliver your scheme on-time and on-budget.

We provide a robust managed service solutions and maintenance regime for new and existing clients using our extensive experience in this area. We develop planned and preventative maintenance programmes along with providing essential servicing schedules for heating controls and pipework in public and private sector buildings across the north of England and Scotland. We also offer the facility of managing the administrative burden where required.

A lot of the projects we work on are part designed with the final elements completed by ourselves. We are experienced in this area and can offer over 30 years practical mechanical expertise to the client or construction team. We can bring valuable engineering knowledge to the forefront of your project. We work with a number of local designers to provide a 360° turnkey solution, from initial concept through to installation, commissioning, handover and maintenance.
