We are a small family run company established In 2012 by Sharon & Alan Baxter within our local home of Penrith . Cumbria Quality Care has grown during this time securing a fantastic reputation within health and social care. Sharon has 20 years experience and Alan has 8 years experience within the care sector. We are both dedicated to providing a service to be proud of. We both saw a need for our service and after working as carers, support workers, team leaders and management we wanted to develop our own service. We believe in a quality service being available for all and that individuals should have support to enjoy their lives to the full and maximise their life experiences.
