ABOUT LANDLORD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED

The directors of the company are all property landlords having owned property for more than 35 years.

We own commercial property as well as more than 100 residential units. Over the many years involved with letting and managing property, we have experienced various levels of service from our management agents, some good some not so good! Unfortunately those that were good tended to become victims of their own success and grew in size to the point that they lost control and allowed their service to become not so good! We therefore created our own specialist management company to provide the level of service that we required. We accept that sometimes we tend to go over the top, but as the residential properties in our portfolios are our main investments, it is imperative that the level of service we obtain from our management company is simply the best. We have invested in the best of people and provided them with the best technology to ensure that the service they provide is therefore simply the best. By limiting the number of properties that we manage we can ensure that we do not make the same mistakes as others.

At landlord property management we take pride in delivering the best customer service to all our clients.

It is our opinion that letting and management of property are two different fields and as such it is better to use two separate specialist companies. We are the preferred partner for a number of Estate agents who recognise the value of using our specialist team, the Estate Agents find the Tenants and then we manage the properties.

We provide a specialist service within the North East area only, and therefore limit the number of properties that we manage.
