The Landlord Action legal team are experienced lawyers and paralegals who specialise in one area of the law. They are led by two people who aren’t only legal – they understand the property industry too.
A solicitor of 20 years, Justin is a director of Landlord Action. He is also a landlord with a residential and commercial portfolio. You might think he’s lawyer who’s a landlord, or a landlord who’s a lawyer.
The exposure all began when The London Evening Standard called us “A Blessing For Landlords”. Since 1999 there have been too many articles to count. Landlord Action is constantly asked by national, local and trade press for comments and views on property issues.
As well as many appearances on different news programs, Landlord Action has been at the centre of three TV different series, one for ITV and two for CH5.

Landlord Action has been around since 1999, so we’re frequently asked for our opinion. As we’re regarded as the nation’s experts on landlord and tenant problems, we try to use our position to fight for the rights of landlords and we are proud to have been quoted in hundreds of newspapers and magazines.
