I’m a landlord and serial internet entrepreneur who has a passion for developing internet based businesses.

This was my first internet business that I set up in 2004. Its aim was to help landlords and like-minded investors to maximise their profits by paying less in taxes.
My second business involved branching out into the area of general taxation. I’m now the MD of this fast growing monthly tax newsletter business that has seen phenomenal growth in the last two years.
My greatest ‘online’ success story to date has been Property Portfolio Software: the triple award winning desktop based landlord software solution. Landlord Vision has involved taking this leading UK solution and moving it into the cloud and, at the same time, adding a whole lot more time and money saving functionality.

Nick leads our highly skilled development team and has worked with me since 2004. I’ve never come across such a gifted bunch of technical ‘gurus’! Nick has taken the lead role in designing all of our online/desktop businesses and software solutions to date. He thrives in automating business processes and developing solutions that make our users’ lives easier and more enjoyable!

A tax guru who co-authored my first book, ‘How to Avoid Landlord Taxes’. Arthur is the trusted tax advisor for hundreds of UK tax payers and has worked closely with me in all our internet businesses. He’s provided invaluable input into designing our unique Landlord Vision ‘Tax Module’.
The latest addition to our enthusiastic team, Mubasher has taken the lead role in designing the integrated accounting engine for Landlord Vision. His accounting knowledge, plus accounting software knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none.
