WHO WE ARE
Chantal founded HR on Tap back in 1998 and quickly developed a reputation as an HR consultant who gets results with her pragmatic, down to earth approach to HR. Since then she has delivered projects for a diverse range of businesses in sectors from hospitality, manufacturing, leisure and retail to financial services and public sector.
Alongside the practical experience of running and developing her own businesses (including an equestrian retail business as well as HR on Tap), this level of experience means there aren’t many people-problems Chantal hasn’t helped fix, both during her career as an HR Consultant and before then in corporate HR roles.
With a particular interest in business restructures and strategy, Chantal is highly skilled at resolving complex and contentious HR issues. Her real-world business understanding, results-focus and ability to explain things clearly and without legal jargon are skills that are highly valued with her clients. An HR Consultant with no interest in ivory towers!
