A building survey report is often quite a complicated document especially for someone with no technical knowledge. At Survey Design UK, we treat all our clients in the same manner. We carry out surveys for Architects, builders and the general public and explain fully our findings. We don't just send the report to you, we invite you in to our offices so that we can go through the report with you and explain what the defects are and what they mean in the context of the house and its future. We will show you photographs of the defects on one of our computers so you fully understand the problems.
At Survey Design UK, we have extensive experience in the building industry as well as being chartered builders & surveyors so can explain our reports in easy to understand language.
Another advantage of commissioning us to carry out the building survey is that we will advise you on planning issues for extensions and loft conversions. We will fully explain the difference between Permitted Development and Planning Permission and because we have a great deal of experience in doing many applications for our clients will give you the best advice.
