Established in 1990 as a specialist ductwork contracting company Ductwork Design and Installation Ltd operates from a 15,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester. We pride ourselves on our professional, innovative approach demonstrated by a willingness to employ the latest technology in order to continually improve our products and services.

Our current turnover stands in excess of £2 million per annum with nationwide contracting activities representing approximately 75% of this. The company employs over 30 people and is supported by a tried and tested group of subcontractors as necessary.

At DDI we take the ongoing training of all our team very seriously, ensuring the quality of our work on every job as well as a safe and responsible approach to every work area. Professional training is carried out through qualified training providers and supported internally at all levels.

All installation work carried out by DDI is undertaken by trained, professional installers either directly employed by the business or fully certified sub-contractors. Appropriate risk assessments and method statements are completed for all projects and the following building and manufacturing specifications are adhered to:

Company led ‘tool box talks’ are also given with regard to safe installation methods and onsite best practice eg. How best to install fire dampers correctly etc.

All appropriate certification and assessments can be provided as required.

Our highly skilled draughtsmen can provide design solutions for the most complex of projects using the most up to date 3D CAD drawing.

Ductwork Design & Installation provides ductwork on a supply only basis ranging from single items to large scale orders.
