Greenstar�s primary recommendation was to divert waste animal bedding from landfill. The bedding was contaminated with cups, paper, toys etc. Ducting Express Limited was asked to design a system to segregate all the unwanted products out from the animal bedding.

This was achieved using two vibrating conveyors and an air knife arrangement. The end product is blown directly into a 40 foot road container. The animal waste is ultimately processed with food waste to make compost.
