Ducron was founded, in 1973 by the late B W Douglas who was much respected and is remembered with great fondness by all those who worked for and with him. The trading philosophy established by him is continued by the present directors: his sons Richard and Tim, both of whom have many years experience in the construction trade. The diligence and attitude espoused by Ducron Construction Ltd all boils down to a genuine desire to provide a truly excellent service backed by a team who take real personal pride in seeing a job well done: i.e. to price, time and to standards.

In 1993, brothers Richard and Tim Douglas inherited the name and formed a Partnership. The subsequent years have been ones of diversification, growth and change leading to the formation of a private limited company Ducron Construction Limited with Tim and Richard as its shareholders and Directors.
