We will fully fund your examination training for your first attempt at the examinations of the main accounting and taxation professional bodies in the United Kingdom, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Association of Accounting Technicians, the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. At each HPH office, we have a partner or manager who will monitor your progress and be available to provide help and support.

An accountancy graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant, Robert trained with Spicer and Pegler in Leeds before joining the firm as a Manager in 1981. He became a Partner in 1987.
Robert leads the Charities’ Team and has specific responsibilities within the firm for Finance, Reporting and Practice Development. He represents the firm on a number of HCWA committees, helping to determine national policies throughout the Association.
Sarah joined the firm in 1998, after completing an Economics and Finance BSc at the University of York, to train as a Chartered Accountant in the York office. She moved to the Harrogate office in 2005 and was promoted to manager in 2006. She was appointed a partner on 1 July 2013.
As well as being a qualified Chartered Accountant, Sarah holds the Institute of Chartered Accountants' premier qualification in the not-for-profit sector, the Diploma in Charity Accounting. She is an audit specialist within the firm and also works with and supports owner-managed and family-owned enterprises.
Charles trained with the firm and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980. He became a partner in 1984 and was appointed Technical Partner in 1989. He became a consultant to the firm from 1 July 2017.
The Legal Services Act 2007 specifies a regulatory objective to 'encourage a strong, independent, diverse and effective legal profession' within firms that supply reserved legal services such as probate. A diversity questionnaire was sent to all workers in September 2016.
