InfoMentor
InfoMentor is a unique award winning system, designed to support schools in delivering their own bespoke curriculum and assessment package.
We are a professional group of teachers, head teachers, parents and techies in 6 different countries. All of us are passionate about teaching and learning, and some of us are crazy about technology too. Together we have created InfoMentor which provides simple solutions to everyday problems that crop up in education life. Take a look at each profile to find out more.
Through our work with leading providers of educational content and services, we are able to continually provide our users with the very latest developments in Education Technology.
Launched in 2001, Groupcall provides communication and data solutions to the education, public and private sectors. Groupcall have also been accredited with ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (information security management systems). Groupcall’s Xporter MIS data extraction tool runs in each school to extract the required information from multiple MIS systems and transfers it securely and in a uniform format into InfoMentor.
Pearson specialises in educational courseware and assessment, as well as a range of teaching and learning services powered by technology. With expertise in the primary school sector, their products and services are a popular choice for teachers and learners in the UK. InfoMentor supports Pearson, giving schools access to this curriculum as a pre-existing framework within the system.
Rising Stars is an award-winning publisher of books, resources and software that support teaching and learning across the curriculum. As the leading publisher of assessment resources for primary schools, Rising Stars offers a range of assessment products to support formative and summative assessment of the new National Curriculum Programmes of Study, across the core subjects of English, Maths and Science.
Rising Stars worked with Cornwall Learning to produce rigorous Progression Frameworks to replace the system of levels and provide schools with a new ladder of progression for these subjects. The whole-school frameworks allow teachers to track pupil progress against the new National Curriculum for Years 1 to 6, with progression statements for each year group, as well as useful ‘what to look for’ guidance. All schools can now access these frameworks within InfoMentor.
InfoMentor is now available to purchase through RM Unify, so you can access all your online applications in one place with one login! RM Unify allows you to browse in a safe and secure environment and set up applications for your users quickly and easily. You are only a click away from InfoMentor – the most innovative cloud-based framework for planning, assessing, tracking and reporting.
Here at InfoMentor, we build software for schools. Pretty clever software which helps teachers to do more teaching, and less of the admin fluff that takes them away from the classroom; helps school leaders to get a quick and easy view of what’s happening in their school; and helps parents and pupils to stay connected to learning, at school and at home.
We already have customers in Iceland (where we’re headquartered), Sweden, the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. We’re pleased to say that we’re growing: in ambition and size! We have a very special team, full of very special people and we need more like-minded people to help take our products to the next level.
At InfoMentor, personality and experience count just as much as qualifications on paper. Successful candidates will be outgoing, full of initiative, enthusiasm and fresh ideas (as well as being able to demonstrate your ability to do the job).
