Established at the beginning of 2010, Inform Billing quickly affirmed its place as a leading billing specialist. A growing force in the industry, Inform Billing now provides services to around 200 clients billing anywhere between a few hundred and several million pounds of calls and services every month.
Born from a management buyout, Inform Billing formed to focus the Eclipse billing platform – initially developed at PAN Telecom and later as part of GCI – back onto the channel. Following the buyout, Inform Billing became an independent company, wholly owned by founders Shaun Bodsworth and Darren Salisbury. Both are complemented by a growing team of highly motivated and experienced colleagues.

Joint founder and Director, Darren Salisbury previously held the post of Managing Director of Pan Telecom, a telecoms re-seller that also developed billing software for the reseller market. It was here that he and his team originally developed the Eclipse billing platform and Enlighten web portal. With a background in business development, Darren’s passion and enthusiasm for the products is often what encourages clients to take that final step and sign up with Inform Billing.
Ellie joined Inform Billing in 2013, at the beginning of a new period of growth. With over 15 years’ marketing experience across a range of sectors including FMCG, housing, construction and facilities management, Ellie is responsible for devising and delivering the company’s marketing strategy. Current focus is on continual lead generation, raising the businesses’ profile within the wider channel and positioning Inform Billing and its products to serve new markets.
Anna has worked in the telecoms industry for over 17 years in a variety of analytical, project and management roles. She joined Inform Billing in 2012 with a background in revenue assurance, regulatory compliance and billing. Anna oversees our dedicated Billing Support team and is the resident expert for complicated customer set-ups and data migrations. Anna also provides advanced training to help resellers get the most from the Eclipse billing platform.
With over 15 years’ experience developing software and 10 of those within telecoms, Mark now oversees Inform Billing’s growing team of highly-skilled software developers, testers and analysts. Having previously developed the Eclipse platform whilst in-house with Darren at Pan Telecom and later at GCI, Mark has been with Inform Billing since 2011. Mark is passionate about user experience and driving agile development methodologies through the business.
