Donna has over 17 years' experience in financial planning. She currently is working towards her RQF Level 3 Certificate in mortgage advice qualification. As a client focused individual, she supports the lending desk with daily business activities and client administration.

Steven has 30 years' experience working in the insurance and investment sectors. He originally worked for a specialist Lloyd's Broker and then moved to privately held investment vehicle specialising in the financial services arena. He was previously Chief Executive of an IFA and assisted this business to develop prior to a private sale. Steven assists Lanner by providing operational support and strategic guidance.

Jonathan is an experienced businessman with an international track record. He founded and is presently CEO of Exchange Data International, a financial data provider. He is also a former non executive director of NHS Haringey and a former Haringey councillor. He is also Chairman of Company Watch as well as a Non Executive Director of the Tern Financial Group, Montreal, Canada.

Lee has over 30 years' experience in investment and private banking, and over 25 years with JP Morgan. For the last 10 years he has worked as a consultant and non-executive director to families of wealth and their family offices, where the size and complexity of their wealth requires his advice on a regular and discreet basis. In particular he advises on risk, business strategy, governance and succession. Lee is based in London.

Avi has 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, having worked in the Banking and Independent Financial Adviser Sectors. As a client focused individual, he supports the advisers with daily business activities and client administration. Avi has recently achieved his Diploma in Financial Planning which is a Level 4 qualification.
