Lansco Developments Limited is a family-run building company operating in both the commercial and residential sectors. Established in 2007, we have grown the company during the economic downturn due to the quality of our work and through the professionalism and integrity of our workforce. With a strong reputation for producing high quality work, we understand that every building project is unique and every customer has different requirements.
We are happy to undertake projects of all sizes and are able to manage whole building projects from design through to completion.
Lansco complete a lot of domestic work as well as commercial work. We offer a full personal customer service. We are happy to take on a full project including all aspects of trades or work alongside our customers own tradesmen. Whether our customers come to us with just an idea or full working drawings with planning consent we can supply a service.
We have vast experience in this sector and currently do shop fitting and building tasks for W Boyes & co of Scarborough who at the moment have 50 high street retail stores along with our other high street retail customers. As a company we take pride in every aspect of our work to give a very high standard of work back to all our customers.
