Below you will find information on the people who are responsible for arranging and overseeing the delivery of Ideal Home Care Solutions, support and care services.
Ideal Home Care Solutions is all about its staff and our continued success is built on having the very best care workers in our team. Having the right staff is fundamental to everything that we do and we are incredibly proud of every single member of our team.
We know that each moment of care provided has the opportunity to change someone's life for the better so we make sure that our care workers are people who will make every day count.
The skills that our care workers have are second to none. In addition to a comprehensive induction process for each new care worker we provide on-going specialist training in conditions such as Stroke and Dementia. Many of our care workers hold QCF qualifications and have experience of working in care in many different settings over many years. When your care worker has been placed with you they will receive on-going support, training and development.
Whilst the wealth of skills and experience that our care workers have is a must at Ideal Home Care Solutions we recognise that this is not what sets us ahead of other care providers. What make the real difference are the personalities and characteristics that our care workers have. We have a lengthy and rigorous recruitment and selection process for care staff which spends as much time finding out what kind of person they are as it does checking their skills and qualifications. Their behaviours, attitudes and passion for care are essential attributes that we evaluate at every step.
About Us - Our Mission Statement
Our clients are our reason for being and as such each client will always be provided with the highest quality care. Our clients and their family & friends will be encouraged to take an active role in the initial planning of care by way of an initial needs assessment, this will form the basis of the clients care plan.
Our clients and their family & friends will be encouraged to take an active role in the initial planning of care by way of an initial needs assessment, this will form the basis of the clients care plan. The care plan produced will be actively reviewed and monitored at regular intervals in order to continue this useful dialogue and make any necessary adjustments to the care provision. It is paramount that the care provided always meets the clients needs.
We will consult, inform and actively encourage feedback on the quality of service provided in an atmosphere which is open and non-judgmental. This feedback will be used to enhance wherever possible the care experience for our clients.
Our ultimate aim is to continually provide a superior, flexible and personalised home care service to best fit individuals needs. Every effort will be made to match each client to a key worker, this care worker should then ideally attend at least 60% of that particular clients visits to encourage continuity of care.
How thoroughly are Ideal Home Care Solutions Care Workers trained?
We have no upper age limit though older care workers need to be fit enough to help frail and or disabled people with transfers. We have a limited number of Care Workers who are under 21 or over 65.

What can the Ideal Home Care Solutions Care Workers do?
Our Care Workers are there to help you with your needs whatever they may be. You may like someone to live with you to keep you company and to do general housework. Others may need more advanced care such as help with bathing and getting dressed or even planning and preparing meals.
Following an initial assessment we endeavour to match a suitable Care Worker to you. He or she will then help with all your needs on an on-going basis.
