More importantly it is run by people with children of their own, and as our own family has grown and expanded we have learnt more from being a parent than any number of years in the business could teach us. Trust us we know first hand the 'joys' of the box the present came in ending up more interesting than its contents.
We keep over 90% of items in stock, unlike many of our competitors who rely on a 3rd party to 'drop ship'. In the unlikely event there is an issue our award winning customer service means we make it a priority to contact you as soon as possible, keeping you informed, even if that means you need to alter your order, we are there to help as we understand that we all lead busy lives and time can be an issue, especially when you overhear your 'little one' telling friends about the birthday present their getting and it does not match what you have already bought them. Oh yes we have been through that parental right of passage too.
Here at Outdoor Toys we want too make sure our customers have the best experience possible when shopping with us without compromising on quality and value for money, after all repeat custom is what we want as a business. We even promise that if you can find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will refund 10% of the difference and for that extra piece of mind we also offer extended warranty packages on all of our products.

Because we know that bright colours may catch a child's eye but alone that's not enough, unless a product truly captures their imagination it won't keep their attention.
We are one of the UK's leading independent outdoor toy retailers and have been trading online since 2004. We stock a large number of products from the UK's leading outdoor play suppliers including Climbing Frames from Plum, Trampolines from Rebo and Electric Scooters from Razor.
