Jo brings a wealth of catering and event experience to the Berry Blue team. She was previously catering manager at Woodchester Mansion, a prestigious venue in the Cotswolds. Jo has a passion for first class service and event organising. She’s also really rather good at cooking herself, and can whip up a mean cake. In her spare time Jo loves all things spooky, and organises ghost hunts!
Alan has been in the catering industry for the last 15 years and is Berry Blue’s Head Chef. Having worked in restaurants at 3 Rosette level in and around the Cotswolds he is a valued asset to the company. His speciality is main courses and he has created many of our signature dishes.
Known to all the team as ‘Peggy’ (because of his likeness to Simon Pegg), Adam is sous chef at Berry Blue. He was former sous chef at The Daffodil restaurant in Cheltenham, under the acclaimed chef Tom Raines. He joined the team with a wealth of experience in fine dining and restaurants and assists the head chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, menu development and heading up weddings and events throughout the year.
Liam joined us from top restaurant The Kingham Plough, run by Great British Menu winner Emily Watkins. He runs many of our weddings and events here at Berry Blue. In his spare time Liam is a bit of a fitness fanatic and can mainly be found down the gym.
Lucy has been with Berry Blue for several years and built up a huge amount of experience as an event manager, running hundreds of weddings. She is now a manager of one of our key corporate and wedding venues. She’s a Pinterest addict, and puts us all to shame with healthy homemade smoothies and juices each morning!
You only need to talk to us about your event to see why we are different, and whilst our menu range is extensive, we’re always willing to create individual menus and specific dishes on request.
