Now that we have an accurate drawing we will provide you with a quote for your profile. If a sample is required then that is our next step and will be provided within 3-4 weeks. The sample is particularly helpful if your profile has to fit around other elements, we want to make sure everything is perfect.

We can provide an extensive range of ‘off the shelf’ standard profiles as well as offering a complete service from extrusion design through to manufacture of any bespoke profiles, whilst investigating options to reduce your manufacturing costs. With almost 30 years of experience within the aluminium industry, our knowledge of customer’s requirements assures you of a combination of both expertise and service to suit your individual needs.

To make sure customers are getting the best product for their requirements we start at the design stage assisting them with which alloy would be best suited for their profile, helping draw up their design and advising on finishing. Our team will always look at ways for reducing the cost to the customer at the design stage, just one of the reasons why our customers come back to us again and again.
From approval of the design drawing a sample profile will be produced. This is provided to the customer within 3-4 weeks. Once we have the go ahead production will commence.
From production we arrange delivery to suit the customer. We can hold your products in our warehouse but still have them to you next day any where in the UK. We can have our standard products delivered to you next day.
