is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has extensive management and consultancy experience, across all business sectors. She has worked with both manufacturing and service organizations, helping them to add value to the business through the introduction and maintenance of effective business and HR systems.
She has considerable expertise in policy development, practice and employment law, specializing in Change Management Strategies, TUPE regulations and Equal Opportunities Legislation. Sue is also a qualified Counsellor and Mediator.
His most recent position was as Operations Director of Bio-Flo Ltd, with overall responsibility for project management, development, production and distribution, including the negotiation of UK, US and European partnership agreements. He is a Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute).
