Our modern style timber frame show home ‘The Adelia’ is located next to our offices on the Scandia-Hus estate just outside of East Grinstead, West Sussex. The house has been produced to the highest specification and you will be able to see many of the incredible finishes and technology options available to a bespoke build. The show home is open Monday to Friday 09.30-16.30 and Saturday 10.00-16.00, as well as frequently throughout the year at our open days (Please note we are closed on bank holidays).

To be able to produce our homes ‘in-house’ (pardon the pun) means that we now have complete command over the whole production process; from individual customer design and choice of material specification to technical detailing and manufacture of each and every Scandia-Hus timber frame kit. This gives us absolute control over the quality of the finished product, and the closer inter-company links between Scandia’s sales and production departments are an added benefit to our customers.
Our factory’s involvement doesn’t just end when the building set has been manufactured and despatched to your building site. Our own factory teams are also available to erect the frame in-situ to help ensure that the precision made components are assembled correctly.
In addition to producing homes, our factory can manufacture and supply roof trusses, eco joists, glulam beams and garden buildings to builders and private individuals. There is also a retail outlet where they are able to supply and deliver a range of building products, conveniently and competitively. These include Timber, Plywood, OSB board, Celotex, Rockwool, Nails, Screws & Fixings, and Adhesives. Velux windows, Steels & Glulam’s to order to your individual specification.
