However, you may or may not be surprised to hear that our team of therapists often use Lego in their therapy sessions! In fact, using Lego bricks in speech and language therapy can really help to not only improve communication skills, but play and social skills too!

The idea behind this process is that the children are working together as a team to build a Lego model. They may not even be aware that they are working on their communication skills! Using Lego in therapy can be really beneficial for children with Autism and other social communication difficulties as it promotes positive, social interactions in a less pressurised way.
