Our Mission

We have worked hard to build up a team of skilled and dependable specialist to provide our customers with everything they require for their project, from a qualified architect, to registered Part P electricans and Gas Safe Plumbers.

As we site manage each project ourselves, we can ensure we provide our clients with the peace of mind of knowing it will be carried out to the highest possible standard, removing much of the usual stress of managing tradesmen, regulations, timescales and budgets themselves.

 • We will provide you with a full written quote and contract, and will discuss at length with you what is included in this. We don't believe in “hidden extras”. We do our best to ensure we have priced every aspect of your project. Sometimes things do change, you may change your mind about aspects of your job, but we never knowingly under price to secure getting a project, and should any changes be necessary along the way, you will be consulted immediately.

 • We will listen to your ideas and help you to plan and achieve your goal. We will take the time to explain fully the processes involved in carrying out your project and communicate with you on a regular basis throughout your build to make sure you are kept updated at all times.

If you do not already have the plans in place, we can provide you with a Design Service by a registered Architect. He will meet with you personally to discuss your ideas so that he can draw up your design and help you through the process of achieving planning permission and conforming to building regulations.
