We have had the pleasure of working with Essential Forensics on more than one occasion both experiences have been positive and I would recommend them to friends and colleagues in the future. Initially they assisted us with a drugs charge case we requested that Mobile Phone Analysis was carried out on the defendant’s phone. The report was produced promptly and I was impressed with the whole service provided despite the fact that the report in the end didn’t assist the defence team. I confidently contacted them again when I was working on an aggregated robbery charge. Again I was impressed with the professional service and treatment I received. Unfortunately the report was not required to be used in court as the client changed his plea to guilty on the first day of trial. I would not hesitate in using Essential Forensics in the future.

We have dealt with Essential Forensics for the three years they have been trading and during that time have found the company to be responsive – professional – and very easy to deal with. We have seen the company grow exponentially during this period by ways of increasing cover, but have no reported issues of any nature and are extremely low maintenance. We Contracted Essential Forensics as we needed assistance with a rather sensitive issue. A hard drive linked to one of our directors had failed and we urgently needed the data recovering. The service was outstanding they came across very confident and really knew what they were doing. We were amazed that the recovery was 100% successful data that we thought was lost was made available to us and were able to carry on with other business.
