The business has grown significantly over the past 10 years with hotel and contract furniture now making up 90% of our turnover.
Working closely with hotel groups, interior designers, architects and specifiers, we are able to support and work with clients at all stages of the design and manufacturing process from our site in Nottinghamshire.
We are happy to work with all hotels within the hospitality sector. From the larger chains, to the small independent hotel groups, to the individual hotel, no organisation is too small.
We aim to offer an exceptional, flexible and unique product to all of our clients by working closely with them, turning their ideas and concepts into beautiful furniture.
We have worked with designers, specifiers, architects and independent hotel owners, turning ideas into products. We can either design ranges of furniture unique to individuals or use our own in-house ranges to meet your requirements.
Our highly skilled team is able to support and advise clients during product development by providing initial sketches, through to detailed CAD drawings. Our CNC software programme then allows seamless progression through to the prototype or final manufacturing stages of projects.
Our Production Director and Production Manager have over 50 years of experience within the furniture manufacturing industry, both starting their working lives on the factory floor as Apprentice Cabinet Makers. They are able to guide and assist, when required, on how to best manufacture pieces of furniture, keeping within your design ideas, space available, budgets and maintaining quality and durability at all times, all things essential within the contract furniture market.
We are now able to design and manufacture products for a diverse range of markets including hotel furniture, contract furniture, care homes, educational establishments and even high end residential projects.
All of our furniture is manufactured on site in Nottinghamshire, enabling us to offer a truly ‘Made in Britain’ product. Wherever possible we also try and use British Suppliers when sourcing timber and other essential materials. We also use local craftsmen and companies when outsourcing elements of the manufacturing such as upholstery.
We are able to manufacture from clients specifications and drawings, and when necessary offer value engineering to meet specific budgets.
Fully Qualified and Ready to Help
We operate our apprentice training scheme in partnership with North Lancashire Training, which is widely recognised as one of the leading furniture making apprenticeships in the country.
We then continue to offer on the job training throughout our staff’s careers, and as a result 50% of our management team began their careers with the company as trainees in the factory.
We have recently expanded our commitment to training and learning by offering, for the first time, a Business Administration Apprenticeship. We hope to teach our latest Apprentice what goes on behind the scenes in a furniture manufacturing company and they are currently working in the office alongside the Operations Manager learning all aspects of the administrative side to manufacturing. From taking calls and dealing with enquiries to learning the basic elements of how to put a quote together, we hope to give them a broad knowledge of the industry enabling them to progress into other roles.
On the job training is provided by experts who have been working in industry for years – so we learn from the best!
