Our office is located within the heart of the East Midlands, we are ideally positioned to participate in projects nationwide, in particular throughout the counties of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland and the West Midlands. We are also capable to provide architectural and consultancy services to our international clients.
We understand that each architectural project is unique; we take sensitive and practical design principles to every project to create proportionate and user-friendly schemes which reflect the clients requirements and respect the surrounding built environment. The concept of ‘sustainable development’ is also high on our design agenda. We strive to incorporate our up to date knowledge on environmental friendly and energy efficient technologies into our design consideration, providing innovative and cost effective building solutions for our clients as well as to ensure the carbon impact to our environment is minimised throughout the construction and beyond. Creative adaptation to out existing building stock for alternative use is also one of the key design theories as we believe that historic fabrics within our existing built environment still plays a pivotal role towards delivering sustainable development in modern day society.
