ABOUT COTSWOLD BAKING LIMITED

I set up Cotswold Baking because pastry has been a passion in my life since the age of 14. That was when I got my first job working in a local bakery, in my home town in Somerset. Setting up my own bakery in the Cotswolds and creating delicious cakes from first class ingredients is like a dream come true.

After spending some time cooking for other Deli’s and restaurants, in 2011 I decided I wanted to bring quality Cakes and Desserts to peoples’ front doors, so I opened up my own kitchen and Cotswold Baking was born. I am passionate about quality, and fresh products, which we have an abundance of here in the Cotswolds.

I currently have a stall at Deddington Farmers Market and Southam Farmers Market once a month, where you can purchase portions of my desserts and cakes and also talk to me about things you would like me to bake specifically for you.
