ABOUT LIFEPSYCHOL LIMITED

LifePsychol provides expert Clinical Psychology services in relation to parenting, children and families. We have a special expertise with attachment relationships and working with Looked After and Adopted Children. The services we offer include, but are not limited to: expert witness work (including psychological assessments of parents and children for the family court), consultancy, research, training and therapy.

Given sufficient information about the case and what is required, we can provide a written Estimate of Charges for the court to approve. We normally work as a team, with Dr Silver delegating to other team members as appropriate to their skills and being the person to compile the report and form the opinions in response to the instructions (meaning she can defend the report in court). With large or complex cases we will sometimes decide the most effective proposal would be to provide a quotation for two Clinical Psychologists to undertake the assessment together, or for a Clinical Psychologist to undertake the instruction in conjunction with a colleague such as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
