Following a long line of entrepreneurs in the family, Anjanette also wanted to run a business, and at the age of 9 being diagnosed with psoriasis was perhaps the trigger.
Joanne qualified in 2008 and has a busy clinic seeing one to one clients as well as visiting businesses for health checks and workshops. Joanne sees clients with a variety of conditions but particularly those suffering stress, anxiety and low energy as well as those with skin and digestive complaints.
Through her own personal health issues with eczema and IBS Polly has seen how changes to her diet helped her heal, and now loves the thrill of hearing how much better her clients feel with simple, easily achievable changes to their diet too.
Nadia has a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine and has been working in clinical practice since 2010, helping clients with weight management, hormonal health, digestive health, and fatigue.
Andrea works in West Midlands, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire and has a passion for healthy eating and healthy living, aiming to help as many people as possible to achieve health and wellness and to educate, inspire and empower individuals with knowledge and expertise.

Laura’s interest in nutrition first began when her own children developed food allergies, asthma and eczema, and she quickly realised how powerful food changes could be. Her own health had suffered over the years and she had assumed that was the ‘new norm’. Understanding how foods affect your energy, mood and general wellbeing can help make changes to health that are sustainable and achievable.
Having personally resolved many health conditions, Nikki has a good understanding of the challenges people face when making dietary and lifestyle changes. She focuses on a wide range of health concerns, including digestive issues, weight management and hormonal health, and since early 2017 on the prevention of cognitive decline, including Alzheimer’s disease.
Her clients seek help for a wide variety of health conditions. She has particular interest in weight management, improving energy levels, hormonal balance, healthy skin, autoimmune conditions and digestive health. She loves helping her clients regain their health, energy, happiness and confidence by rediscovering real food.
Rita is a qualified teacher and worked for over twenty years in the IT industry before training as a nutritional therapist. She knows from personal experience how the demands of corporate life can take their toll on health. One of her corporate clients, a teachers’ insurance company, uses her expertise to help teachers back to work after sick leave.
