We can help you find the right treatment
Many of our clients are not sure exactly what will be most helpful to them, and they rely on our highly experienced triage team to advise them. The triage team members have clinical training and experience across a very wide range of specialism and settings, and they can give you expert advice on most situations.
When you're not sure where to get help, you can call Clinical Partners.
When your child needs help and you don't know who to call.
First and foremost we are defined by our values
We believe that delivering mental health care is a vocation not a business.
You'll need to place your trust in us. We won't lie to you. If we don't have the right person to help you, we'll tell you. If we think we can help, we'll talk it through with you and, if you want us to, then we'll arrange it.
Many people feel ashamed of experiencing psychological difficulties and illnesses. We have seen and heard from people from all walks of life, from celebrities and business leaders to the homeless, and we know that there is no shame in finding life difficult – it happens to all of us from time to time. Whatever you're finding difficult, don't be afraid to call us and discuss it in confidence.
Our aim is to help you to access high quality healthcare. If you have any concern about any aspect of the help we're providing you, then we want to know straight away. All of our clinicians have been vetted by us and are people that we know and trust, but if you have a concern then get in touch straight away, and let us sort it out - you can call us on
Many thanks for this and all your work in helping us get here far more swiftly than we have managed with the NHS. It is much appreciated, and you and Dr Chowdhury have helped greatly in relieving the stress we have been feeling by getting us to a place where we know what is going on, and what we need to do for our son.
I would recommend Clinical Partners to anyone who has been struggling with getting a diagnosis, it can totally transform your lives as it has ours.
I was fed up with life when I contacted Katie at Clinical Partners, her response to my call and the support thereafter kept me alive.
We met with the doctor today, he was great, we felt at ease with him, he was very professional in his approach and obviously knew what he was doing! Thank you for your help in arranging such a quick appointment.
SO grateful to Clinical Partners - well Simon - for the confirmation of NOT having Cyclothymia. Am attempting now to stabilise and get well - something I was told would not happen when diagnosed with Cyclothymia (for life!).
I would like to thank the Clinical Partners staff for asking about us. I like to let you know that M's physical and psychological health is great. With my best regards and respect.
You have been fantastic at helping T see the help he can get and I am so grateful. Again thank you so much, I really do appreciate the efforts you have put in.
The team includes people with experience and training in all of our core services. We choose our triage team members based on their clinical knowledge and experience, but also for their heartfelt commitment to looking after everyone who contacts us looking for help.

The difference between the disciplines is their background and training and the different approaches that they use. Psychotherapists use a number of talking therapies to assist in their work as do Psychologists. Though Psychologists have a degree in Psychology and often use psychometric assessments to support their approach. Psychiatrists are fully trained medical doctors who have specialised in mental health and are able to prescribe medication. All of the Clinical Partners that we work with have extensive training and qualifications and are either accredited or members of a regulatory or governing body.
Yes you can request to see a particular therapist. We are happy to answer any queries you may have about a therapist and we are able to advise and recommend a therapist we believe will be most suited to your needs.
We want you to be in the driving seat when it comes to making decisions about what help we provide for you. Our job is to help you in the way that you want to be helped. Some people just want to be told who to see and when, some people want to explore all the options and make their own decision. There is no right and wrong, and we are here to provide whatever you need.
Yes – although some specialists are not available immediately, depending upon what you need we can almost always access immediate help for you.
Mental health services always seem to be pretty expensive, because they almost always involve focussed one to one time with someone with a high degree of training. We do our best to keep our fees as low as we can, so that you can afford the help you want.
Yes absolutely – we want you to feel well informed about what you are doing, and ideally to have made your own decisions about what help you get – that's our job.
You can choose an approach that you feel best suits you personally. We are always happy to offer our advice or answer any queries you may have. We have also provided a brief description of the different therapeutic modalities to help you.
Most of our residential treatment enquiries for addictions and alcoholism start with a call from a concerned partner, family member, friend or employer. We have dealt with every kind of difficult situation and we're happy to help you do what can be done. Sometimes if the person is unwilling to address their problem then you may not be able to do anything about them, but we can help and advise you about how to look after yourself and any other people who are being affected, and also how to start to bring pressure to bear on the person so that hopefully they will be willing to get some help.
