This expansion coincided with the company taking on its 40th staff member, as well as the establishment of an internal training department that could respond directly to customer demand. In 2014 Clinical professionals took on its 60th member of staff and will continue to expand through out 2014/15 to meet the growing needs of our client base in the UK and EU.
Things have gone from strength to strength for the company and in 2013 Clinical Professionals won a further Functional Service Provider (FSP) contract with a global top 10 pharmaceutical company, demonstrating our ability to provide a flexible workforce while offering significant cost savings. This success is largely attributed to the senior level industry experience that Clinical Professionals staff are able to bring to these partnerships.
In the sixth company move in as many years due to our continued growth, Clinical Professionals’ head office relocated to a bespoke 80 desk office in central Reading (UK), while the London international office also moved to larger premises to facilitate our continued expansion.

Staff development remains one of the key elements of the business strategy, with high levels of staff retention one of the reasons that the company is able to offer such excellent continuity of service to clients.
Detailed market research carried out in early 2013 found that 95% of hiring managers rate Clinical Professionals as consistently superior in quality, speed of response, staff retention and communication. In addition to this, nine out of 10 customers rate the company as their most trusted partner.
