Jonathan, we were so pleased that you were able to accommodate our request for a buffet at relatively short notice, particularly as you were already booked to cater for a wedding party. The presentation of the food was greeted with great anticipation by our guests and the “proof of the pudding”, as it were, confirmed everyone’s enjoyment. The food was fabulous and plentiful and the quality of the spread was exceptional – the vegetarian choices were particularly singled out for praise.
