We welcome all of our parents, carers and children personally and encourage them talk to us about any concerns or queries they may have. We firmly believe in working with parents and carers and developing supportive relationships that enable us to provide the highest standard of care. Furthermore we invite parents and carers to share their ideas on how we can continue to improve the setting.
We provide a range of leaflets that give essential information on the many areas of childcare. In addition, we produce regular newsletters throughout the year to keep everyone up-to-date with the latest Bright Stars information and news.
Bright Stars has its own in house cook who prepares freshly made, nutritionally balanced meals on a daily basis. We provide all of our children with breakfast, a mid morning snack, lunch and afternoon tea. Drinking water is also available throughout the day.
We have a large room for babies and toddlers to play and sleep. We also have a quiet sleep room where we play calm music to help encourage sleep and relaxation.
We ensure that we have daily routines designed to suit each baby and toddler’s individual needs. We also carry out various learning and development activities that are designed to stimulate a baby or toddler’s senses and help them to develop. We are confident that these activities will delight and surprise both you and your baby.
We have a large nursery room that prides itself on providing a wide range of free choice activities that engage children in creative play. Children are offered different topics that provide them with the tools to explore their environment. Children can access activities both inside and outside to investigate their surroundings.
