We are based in the popular seaside town of Whitstable in Kent and although most of our clients are in Kent we have helped and continue to work with clients located further afield.

We understand that busy lifestyles sometimes make it difficult in arranging meetings during the working day and that is why we offer evening appointments. We are happy to host a meeting with you in our offices or alternatively we can arrange home visits, whichever is your preference.

We only offer products from a select panel of insurers for Buildings and Contents cover and payment protection.

For mortgages we charge a fee of £250 which includes researching the mortgage options, recommending a suitable product, processing the mortgage application and managing the process through to completion of your mortgage. We will also receive a commission from the lender.
