As a shareholder in our business, Palmer Capital provides Opus Land with a wide range of capital for new development and investment opportunities throughout the UK. Palmer Capital, has £600 million of funds under management with circa £100 million cash on deposit and available for immediate investment. This capital is augmented through third party capital which more recently includes the likes of Standard Life, M&G, Aberdeen Asset Management, DTZ Investment Management, Europa Capital, HSBC Investments as well as a number of privately owned property companies. This access to capital means that Opus Land is able to act quickly and decisively in response to new opportunities using a diverse range of funds.
