Our Day Service provides an integrated early intervention service which promotes wellbeing, individual health, maximise individual's independence and promote social inclusion by accessing a wide range of activities, opportunities and resources within your local community, Whilst also providing an opportunity for your carers, family members or friends to have a break from the caring role. We do this by offering Community and Centre based service or a mixture of both.

Good training and development comes from a strong understanding of what people need to develop. Gaining new skills, improving client service, productivity and better work safety practices are all goals that help to retain staff and create greater morale. Ideally any induction programme should take place over a number of weeks allowing carers to reflect on and learn from their experiences in the workplace. The best carer training will incorporate days in a training room, and on-going coaching and mentoring, making use of communications technology where appropriate for cost-effectiveness.

Our integrated service as part of a reablement/rehabilitation program can support you to regain or re-learn some capabilities lost due to illness or disease. The program helps you to regain your daily living skills, develop new skills, access learning opportunities, be involved in food preparation and cooking, and supports you in making use of assistive technology and aids.
The provision of personal care services in clients’ own homes. Working to an agreed care plan, based on a needs assessment, our care team help with a wide range of personal and domestic services. Visits are tailored to suit each client's needs, and can be for a few minutes each day, to multiple visits every day, or even 24 hour care support, if required.
Our carers provide a level of companionship, as well enabling clients to visit their family and friends, helping to improve overall social life.
Our carers help wherever an extra hand is needed, from getting out of bed, to going to the shops and out for a walk.
