Risca practice was brilliant when we sadly had to have our elderly pet dog pts last Thursday. Very sympathetic and supportive. Helped make a heartbreaking event a lot more bearable for both ourselves and our poor doggy. Lots of thanks to them.

I am just writing to say thank you and pass on my thoughts on your staff at the surgery. Everyone from the receptionist to the vetting staff were top class and a great help to myself and Elvis. Pass on my thanks to your 1st class staff.

Used both the Blackwood & Risca practices & found all staff extremely helpful & knowledgeable, to the extent where Peter's knowledge & advice cured my bearded dragon within a week of her becoming ill which reading on the internet what she had was potentially fatal. Will & have already recommended to family & friends with all pet types especially Risca for the reptile help.

I went to Newport Branch this morning for my puppies final jab and also my other dogs annual booster. My older dog is scared of vets due to 2 previous bad experiences, hence me travelling from Cardiff to Newport to try out Budget Vets! I am sooooo pleased with how patient Alexa was with my Bailey and she finally made a visit to the vets a positive experience for her......I am more than pleased and so is Bailey...........THANK YOU
