Ben was excellent in assisting us choose the right windows, guiding us through the different options available and understanding our requirements for a 1930s house. He delivered ahead of schedule and the fitting was excellent. One minor production fault was noted and corrected very quickly and the windows look fantastic. Real high quality at a fantastic price. We did a lot of comparisons and some came in at 3x the price we paid and I didn't see the difference in quality, nor was the customer service matched. Highly recommend Budget Windows.
