We're not 'career' coaches, who only preach and never practice. So we understand business - from the daily frustrations to the long-term rewards.
Unlike a lot of business coaching organisations, we don't use Associates. We offer the very best dedicated coaching expertise so we've adopted the ultimate benchmark for what we do. Each of us is PCC level credentialed with the International Coach Federation - the leading global coaching organisation - and we are all Master NLP Practitioners.

Along with Jason, Carole founded Tinder-Box in 2007. Prior to setting up the business, she spent 13 years leading global process improvement programmes in Europe and the US for a number of FTSE 100 companies.
Carole began her career in operations, before leading change management and business improvement projects at companies like Marconi, Kodak and BP. Discovering a real flair for bringing out the best in the people as well as the process, she hung up her overalls for a while and got interested in the teams behind the operations.
At BP Carole was part of the leadership team for a global transformation project, responsible for creating high-performing teams and coaching the senior team. Ultimately the project delivered process improvement skills to over 2,500 people and created more than $650million of benefit to BP businesses around the world. A lot of what this huge project pioneered has since become best practice in the organisation.
For me it's about looking at the big picture and always doing the right thing.

Along with Carole, Jason is a founding partner of Tinder-Box, setting up the business in 2007. He brings together experience of working at industry-leading companies as well as studying with some of the leading thinkers around, along with a track record of helping people perform beyond what they think is possible.
He's been operations manager at one of the UK's largest oil refineries, led a global convenience retail transformation programme for BP and been head of talent and executive education for a significant chunk of BP's global business with around 8000 employees.
Jason has over 20 years of business and his views on our industry can regularly be read and heard in the sunday times and on BBC Radio 2
During that time she's held key roles in retail management, marketing, project management, change management, leadership development and coaching. This wealth of experience (and the skills that go with it) mean that she can grasp the challenges facing a business very quickly.
Julie has a particular skill for helping create change that delivers long-lasting results. In a former role she was Head of Change Leadership for the transformation of an IT function with 4000 employees, responsible for providing coaching and delivery for change management, stakeholder management, team building and leadership development.
One of the keys to what we do is helping people tap into their discretionary energy to help them achieve more than they thought possible.
