Who we are
Integrated Business Planning was established in 2007 by two partners who recognised the gap between the plans and the reality of large complex organisations in the area of Sales and Operations Planning. Despite spending vast sums on building sophisticated S&OP systems and processes, many large organisations struggle to achieve their original aims. We believe that most of these aims are perfectly achievable - and maybe even surpassable - with the right leadership behaviours and ways of working.
Martin Jarvis has 30 years' experience as an executive in the Supply Chain and Operations arena. For 20 years he worked for Unilever, holding a number of senior positions in Europe, before moving to set up Integrated Business Planning Ltd. Later, he became the CEO of an AIM-listed public company in the UK.
Martin provides specialist expertise in a number of fields, particularly in the areas of change management and leadership. He has worked with a number of different global companies, and has deep experience of working with companies across Asia and Africa. Martin has spoken at a number of conferences throughout Europe and occasionally, some participants have even listened.

Integrated Business Planning
Integrated Business Planning does exactly what it says on the tin: we believe in integrated business planning. We are a specialist consultancy, offering deep and unique insights into how businesses can integrate their planning processes to improve the way they operate.
Many business operate multiple plans, to cover the needs of Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance, when they could (and should) operate with just one. Some businesses even operate with no plan. And the missed opportunities are startling...
Of course, matching Supply and Demand is complex, difficult and occasionally frustrating. But if the business is not operating from one single, good, robust plan, there will always be lost opportunities and opportunities to make losses.
