No, whilst experience in a similar sector is always helpful, we provide full and ongoing coaching and hold daily morning meetings. We have had people start with WIT who have had a business studies degree and also people start with no experience what so ever. A willing and positive attitude and a desire to learn and do well is all we really ask for.

What training do you provide?

We provide both in house and in the field coaching so you will be prepared for all aspects of the role you will be undertaking. Full product training in the field and in house sales coaching is provided. Not only this but you will be paired with a mentor who will make sure that your first few weeks at the company are as successful and easy as possible for you. Should you find yourself struggling or in need of a rehash of the coaching – no problem! It is our mission to help you as much as possible.

One of the questions our Managing Director frequently gets asked is what does WIT stand for. Simply, it means ‘What Ever It Takes’ and that is the best way we can possibly summarise our ethos for potential clients and field representatives. No stone is left unturned to provide the best possible service for clients or the best coaching for our field representatives. The simple fact is, the better our field representatives do, the better WIT as a whole does and a happy work place in turn makes a very successful WIT.
