We have contracted WITBI to deal with our monthly reporting for our monthly group consolidations, including setting up control systems for our UK subsidiary. WITBI also provides expert services to our company on annual reporting basis to comply with the UK systems. All are performed in timely manner. WITBI also engages in tax planning for the UK subsidiary to then incorporate into our group consolidations. Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS is a great advantage. WITBI also looks after our employer responsibilities and work place pensions. Lenka’s knowledge of German language allows our group CEO to communicated with her directly on any matters.
