I love my job at Carterwood. Every day is different – even after six years! It is fast-paced but the teamwork makes everything work smoothly and with a sense of humour. The directors are always appreciative and ready to say thank you. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

I began working for Carterwood in July 2015 as a research analyst and within the last five months I was promoted to senior analyst. Although the company is relatively small, hard work is recognised and rewarded. Everyone works as a team and at times when there is a lot of pressure to meet tight deadlines, colleagues assist where possible and our work is always appreciated. We always have opportunities to socialise, not only with colleagues in the office but also with the external consultants, especially during the summer and Christmas socials. I think this is a major contributor to the success of the business.
We are a dynamic and fast growing business, aiming to provide a different and more bespoke business perspective for our clients, as a direct counterpoint to some of our larger competitors.
We do not operate like traditional surveyors. We are more akin to business consultants offering well-founded opinion from a surveying grounding and perspective. Challenging clients, getting under their skin and understanding their business objectives in detail all leads to a personal and particular approach to our work.

The car park is monitored by an external car parking company, so you must sign in at the Citibase reception desk in order to ensure that you do not receive a penalty notice.
Carterwood’s office is located on the first floor of the Aztec Centre building. Enter through the main entrance at the front of the building and take the stairs on your left to the first floor, where you will find the Citibase reception desk. Disabled access is via a lift on the right as you enter the building. All visitors must report to Citibase reception who will inform Carterwood of your arrival. There is no direct access to our offices.
