High Standards at Mastertech Assist

Standards are high at Mastertech Assist. Having completed 7 successful years in our workshops in Droylsden Manchester, we are now moving in to our new larger purpose built Mercedes service, repair and MOT workshops on the same site. As well as increased capacity for service and repair work our new facility has the latest MOT testing equipment where we MOT all makes and models covered by Classes 4, 5 and 7. In terms of customer care we have a new reception area and a relaxing customer waiting area.

Customer Care at Mastertech Assist

Julie Kennedy and Amanda Lund ensure that our reception and customer lounge are efficient and welcoming. They can provide you with a courtesy car whilst your car is serviced or if you prefer we can arrange to pick up and drop off your car from your home or workplace.

At Mastertech Assist we undertake all warranty servicing strictly in line with Mercedes Benz service procedures. You will continue to have full warranty cover when we service or repair your car and we can update the new electronic service book online.
