We are a manufacturer of a range of rubber products both standard and custom designed for the construction, electronics, aerospace and engineering sectors.
Our management team and workforce have extensive experience throughout the rubber industry. The business was formed in January 2007 from a consolidation of a number of North West rubber manufacturers into a single location and the manufacturing scope includes compound mixing, calendaring, and a broad range of curing equipment.
Leyland Rubber Components Ltd has an extensive database of fire resistant compounds to serve a wide range of requirements and to meet a wide range of specifications. The expertise was developed in serving the mining industries requirement for a range of fire resistant conveyor belts but has now been extended and developed to meet requirements in a wide range of sectors including the petrochemical and safety harness markets.
If you have a requirement for a fire resistant compound we can offer a product from our existing portfolio or design a new compound to meet your demands.
We have a standard range of components to absorb shock and reduce vibration. In developing these products we have gained experience of combining a wide range of materials to provide the optimum design in terms of vibration attenuation and environmental resistance. These materials include PTFE, metals and PU.
If you have a vibration problem then please contact us to see if we can provide the optimum solution.
We have a wide inventory of fabrics and can offer a standard range of reinforced sheeting materials. These products are made to the highest specification and can be manufactured to meet your requirement within one month of your order. We can produce in widths of up to 1800mm and where required in rolls of up to 300 metres.
The development of seals for the petrochemical sector has taken Leyland Rubber Components Ltd into a wide range of laminated materials and composites including PTFE, neoprene and EPDM composite products. If you have an application for a barrier or seal in a hostile environment we can offer a solution.
